Policies, Tuition & Payment

We accept payments through the following methods:

• Cash: Pay in person at the school.
• Interac e-Transfer: Send payments to zangoulehmusicschool@gmail.com.
• Debit / Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and major debit cards. A secure payment link will be provided via email or WhatsApp after enrollment confirmation.
• PayPal: Secure online payments are accepted. Payment details will be provided upon confirmation.

Tuition Payment Policy:
Tuition must be paid in full before the first session of each term (4, 6 or 12 sessions).

Students enrolled in 6-session courses are allowed one excused absence, while those in 12-session courses may have up to two excused absences, provided they notify the academy at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the missed session will be forfeited.

This policy does not apply to:

1. 4-Session Courses: Students enrolled in 4-session courses are not eligible for excused absences. Any missed session will be considered forfeited.
2. Online Group Classes: Group classes that are simultaneously conducted online through platforms such as Skype. Students who miss the live session will still have access to the recorded session. This includes Masnavi reading, music theory, and other classes offering this option.
3. Children's Group Music Classes: Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or replaced with an online session. A missed session will be considered forfeited unless parents conduct the session at home following the instructor's provided guidelines.

Classes may be placed on hold for a minimum of 4 sessions and a maximum of 6 sessions based on the following conditions:

1. This option is only available to students who have registered for one complete term (12 sessions of classes).
2. The held sessions will be added to the next term of their registration, not the current term in progress.

All students are required to be prepared 5 minutes prior to the commencement of classes.

The music school may record or photograph all classes and activities for documentation or promotion on its social media and platforms. By agreeing, individuals waive any right to object or claim a privacy breach. All students can indicate disapproval before signing & initialing; otherwise, signing implies consent for recording and publication.

To maintain a safe and secure learning environment and enhance the educational and operational quality of Zangouleh Music & Arts School, security cameras may be installed throughout the academy, including in certain classrooms.
Depending on the location and equipment settings, cameras may record video only or both video and audio. Not all classrooms are necessarily equipped with cameras, and audio recording may not always be enabled.
By initialing and signing this agreement, you acknowledge and consent to video surveillance and, where applicable, audio recording in monitored areas.
Zangouleh Music & Arts School will take reasonable measures to protect recorded information, maintain confidentiality, and prevent unauthorized access or disclosure in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Please fill out this section for those registering for Children's Music Classes.

Parents or guardians agree to inform the school of any food allergies, other allergies (such as environmental), and specific medical conditions of their child that may impact their health and safety during classes. Failure to provide this information will exempt the school from any responsibility in this regard.

Parents or guardians are required to provide complete information about any health conditions or the need for specific medications during classes. The school shall bear no responsibility for any failure to provide accurate information or for any non-adherence to medical requirements, with full responsibility falling on the parents.
