Consultation

4-Session Package

An introductory package for new students wanting to try a program before committing to a full term. Ideal for beginners or students switching instruments.

4 private or group lessons
Valid for 6 weeks from start date
Paid in full at registration
Non-transferable between students

12-Session Term

The standard Zangouleh term — 12 sessions of structured instruction, ending with your first live student concert performance.

12 private or group lessons
Valid for 16 weeks from start date
50% deposit at registration
Balance due before session 6

Lesson Hold Policy

Students may place enrollment on hold for medical or personal reasons without losing paid sessions.

Maximum 4-week hold per term
Request at least 48 hours in advance
Medical holds up to 8 weeks with documentation
Sessions do not expire during approved hold

Cancellation Policy

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. Instructors are compensated for their scheduled time.

≥ 24 hours notice: rescheduled at no charge
< 24 hours notice: session charged as attended
No-show: session charged in full
3 no-shows may result in enrolment termination

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility decreases as the term progresses. Sessions may be transferred to another student in lieu of a refund.

Before session 1: full refund (less admin fee)
After sessions 1–3: 75% refund
After sessions 4–6: 50% refund
After session 7+: no refund — transfer only
