Common Questions

Do I need musical experience?

No. Music Wellness sessions are designed for everyone. You participate through listening, breathing, simple rhythm, and guided relaxation — no prior training needed.

How is this different from a regular music lesson?

Regular lessons focus on technique and performance skill. Wellness sessions focus on how music affects your body, emotions, and mental state — healing rather than mastery.

Are sessions individual or group?

We offer both. Group sessions (4–8 participants) create a communal energy that amplifies the healing effect. Individual sessions allow deeper personal focus and customization.

What age groups are the sessions for?

We have age-specific sessions for children (4–12), teenagers (13–17), and adults (18+). Each is tailored to the developmental and emotional needs of that group.
