💳 Payments
Tuition is accepted by cash or Interac e-Transfer to zangoulehmusicschool@gmail.com, and must be paid in full before the first session of each term. Pricing appears below once you select a class type.
📅 Absence & Classes
No session may be cancelled by the student, but it may be replaced with an online session at the same class time — otherwise it is forfeited. This does not apply to Children's Group classes: missed sessions there cannot be rescheduled unless parents conduct the session at home per the instructor's guidance. Students registered for a full 12-session term may place classes on hold for 4–6 sessions; held sessions carry over to the next term. Students should be ready 5 minutes before class starts.
🎥 Recording & Publishing
The school may record or photograph classes and activities for documentation or promotion on its social media. Students may indicate disapproval before signing; otherwise, signing implies consent to recording and publication.
🔒 Security & Privacy
The academy is equipped with 8 security cameras recording audio and video for the safety of students and instructors. The school safeguards this information but is not responsible for the release of any portion of it.
💊 Medication & Health Conditions
Parents/guardians must provide complete information about any health conditions or need for specific medications during class. The school bears no responsibility for inaccurate information or non-adherence to medical requirements — full responsibility falls on the parents.
